DocWilco cc658eb288 fix(cli): make debugging in windows work 
On windows, if `stderr` or `stdin` aren't also set to `Stdio::null()`
the `spawn()` fails with `The handle is invalid`, and `rustlings`
thinks that there's no `rustc` installed.
